These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the okph platform and form the binding legal agreement between you and okph. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bet. By using okph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Each player is permitted a single okph account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
okph is strictly for players aged 21 and above. This is a legal requirement under the PAGCOR framework applicable to real-money online gaming in the Philippines.
All transactions on okph are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). okph does not process foreign currency deposits or withdrawals.

To access real-money gaming services on okph, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a secure password. okph reserves the right to request additional identifying information at any time.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the okph platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, okph reserves the right to merge accounts, cancel duplicate accounts, and forfeit balances associated with the duplicated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your okph login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued in connection with your account. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. okph will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
Before your first withdrawal, you are required to complete the okph Know Your Customer (KYC) process by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Acceptable forms of ID include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS card, UMID, PhilSys ID, or voter's ID. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily.
okph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
The minimum deposit on okph is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your wallet balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. okph does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for ensuring any funds deposited originate from accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. okph aims to process e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) within 30 minutes; bank transfers may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. okph reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of irregular account activity.
For anti-money laundering compliance purposes, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method from which the funds were deposited. Where the original payment method is unavailable, okph may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to an alternative method.
An okph account is considered inactive if no real-money login or transaction has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. okph reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts after this period following written notice to the account holder's registered contact details. Accounts will not be reduced below a zero balance through inactivity fees.
okph offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and the general provisions set out in this section.
Bonus credits awarded by okph are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 25x, 35x) will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn.
Different game categories contribute varying percentages towards wagering requirement completion. Live dealer games, slots, and bingo rooms may contribute different percentage amounts. Specific contribution rates are communicated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.
okph reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend or terminate accounts where it determines — in its reasonable discretion — that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematically exploiting low-variance game strategies to complete wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to split bonus funds, or any other conduct that okph determines is intended to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine gameplay.
Bonus credits that remain unused or have not had their wagering requirements completed within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms will automatically expire and be removed from the player's balance. Expired bonus credits are non-recoverable.
All games offered on the okph platform — including live dealer games, slots, and bingo — operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, outcomes determined by physical game mechanics monitored in real time. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness and compliance.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, game crash, or any other technical failure that prevents a game round from completing normally, the affected round may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's wallet balance. okph's decision regarding technical malfunctions is final. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
okph is not responsible for loss of gameplay or session data resulting from a player's internet disconnection, mobile network failure, or device malfunction. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection, particularly during live dealer sessions where disconnection may result in active bets being settled in the player's absence.
Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are displayed in the game information panel before a player begins play. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Live dealer game odds are determined by standard casino rules applicable to each game type and are described in the game rules accessible within the live casino lobby.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:
okph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions, provided false registration information, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
A player may close their okph account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and real-money balance funds will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
Any dispute regarding account balances, game outcomes, or transaction records must be raised with okph customer support within thirty (30) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. okph's records, including server logs and transaction histories, will be used as the primary evidence in resolving any dispute and are presumed accurate unless demonstrated otherwise.
All content and materials available on the okph platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, interface designs, software code, promotional material, text, and multimedia content — are the intellectual property of okph or its licensed third-party content providers and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Your use of the okph platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the okph platform without the express prior written consent of okph.
The okph name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of okph. Unauthorised use of okph trademarks — including in domain names, social media profiles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the okph platform, including but not limited to:
okph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account on okph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including your mobile number, identity documents submitted for KYC, transaction history, and gameplay data.
okph processes personal data for the purposes of account administration, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications where you have provided consent. okph does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Personal data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game software providers to the extent necessary for the provision of the okph service.
Philippine players have rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), including the right to access, correct, and under certain circumstances request deletion of their personal data held by okph. To exercise these rights, contact okph at [email protected].

Where changes are material, okph will provide notice via the registered contact details associated with your account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the okph platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the change. Account closure requests submitted in connection with a Terms amendment will be processed without penalty, and any real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the okph platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with okph customer support shall first be submitted to formal mediation before proceeding to litigation. If mediation does not result in a resolution within sixty (60) calendar days of commencement, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
You agree that any claim arising under these Terms must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.
