You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, you have withdrawn consent, or processing was unlawful. This right is subject to okph's legal retention obligations — we cannot delete data we are legally required to retain.
You may object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing at any time, and to processing based on legitimate interests where your specific circumstances justify it.
You have the right to request that personal data you provided to okph be transmitted to you or another controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, where technically feasible.

okph is a real-money gaming platform operated exclusively for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, as required by the PAGCOR regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. okph does not knowingly collect, process, or retain any personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
